UDAY KIRAN N, PARTNER B.Com, FCA, DISA.

Shri. Uday Kiran N was born and brought up in Bangalore. He has a remarkable ability to inspire and motivate through his words. His strength, dedication and belief in working hard are reflected in all the assignments he handles.

He did his commerce graduation from Bangalore University and joined M/s. Narayan Bhat & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore as an apprentice. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 and started his independent practice and was a consultant in M/s. MSSV & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore wherein he has obtained an in-depth knowledge in the areas of Statutory audit of Scheduled Banks, Audit of NBFC, Statutory audit of Co-Operative Societies, Concurrent Audit of Banks, Trust Audits, Search and Survey under Income tax and Income Tax Assessments

He also holds a degree in Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He has completed his Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by ICAI. He is in charge of bank audits/inspection, trust audits and non-corporate audit division of the firm.

He is also an active member of Direct tax committee in Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association.

VIGNESH K, PARTNER ACA, B.COM.

Shri. Vignesh K was born and brought up in Bangalore. He believes that the work that he does should result in a better and a healthier business with the primary intention of growth of not only our fellow human beings but also the very nature in which we stive on.

He completed his graduation from Jain University and joined M/s. CGS & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore as an apprentice. He has worked as Assistant Manager in M/s. Delloitte & Touche, U.A.E for Statutory Audit team and in M/s. Pierian Services for a SOX assignment in Taipei, Taiwan. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and started his independent practice and was a consultant in M/s. MSSV & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore wherein he has obtained an in-depth knowledge in the areas of Income tax litigations, Transfer pricing audit, Transfer Pricing study and Representations before Income tax forums. He is in-charge of Income tax litigation, Assessments, Appeals, Transfer Pricing division of the firm. He is also an active member of Direct tax committee in Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association.

Manjunath N , PARTNER ACA, B.COM.

Shri. Manjunath N was born in 1995. He did his commerce graduation from Bangalore University and articled with Narayan Bhat and Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 and started his independent practice and was a consultant in MSSV & Co., Chartered Accountants, Bangalore wherein he has obtained indepth knowledge in the areas of statutory audit of corporate entities, Tax audit of listed corporate entities, Internal audits, Due diligence and GST audits. He is in-charge of Company Law matters, Audit division and GST division of the firm
