We, at MUV, function on the CLIENT PARTNER EMPLOYEE (CPE) Model. The model broadly focuses on three key factors viz., the Client, the Partner and the Staff. The partners’ dedication and integrity ensure to provide service deliverables that meet the client expectations, whilst within the time frame and providing the best work exposure and skill development to its employees.
The key steps of our model is outlined below:
1. When the Firm is approached for any kind of service, the Partners analyse the requirements to offer their advice that is best suited in the situation.
2. Based on the nature of the work involved, it is then handed over to the appropriate employee and requisite guidance is given in order to complete the work in the allocated time frame.
3. All work that is carried out by the Firm are perused and vetted by the Partners to ensures the highest quality standards in terms of service are met before they are delivered to the clients.
4. Finally, meeting the client expectations within the allocated time frame and adhering to quality service deliverables results in client satisfaction of the services that are being offered.
